Board of Directors

The Board of Directors is committed to representing shareholders and protecting the interests of Integrated Portfolio Solutions.

Underpinned by strong corporate governance practices, the Board believes Integrated has the right people and the right strategy to be positioned well for future growth.

Darryl Johnson

Executive Director
Darryl is the Executive Director and Co-Founder of Integrated, having helped establish the business in 2010. Darryl oversees all day-to-day operations at Integrated, as well as Compliance and Governance duties. He is also responsible for delivering the Integrated technology development plan, ensuring the business is always at the forefront of industry-leading innovation.

Darryl boasts extensive Operations, Project Management and IT expertise from his many years of management experience within Platforms, Custody, Margin Lending and Financial Planning Operations teams. He also held the position of Operations Manager and Responsible Manager for Macquarie’s WRAP platform.

Calvin Ng

Director
Calvin is a co-founder and Managing Director of Aura Group, a global financial services business with operations in Australia, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.

Calvin is also co-founder of the Finsure Group one of Australia's largest mortgage aggregation groups. In 2018 Finsure completed a reverse merger with APRA regulated authorised deposit taking institution Goldfields Money Limited and is now a fully operational Australian bank.

Calvin has numerous board roles within the Aura Group, Finsure Group, various portfolio companies and has also served as a Non-Executive Director of IBuyNew Group Limited and a Non-Executive Director and Audit & Risk Committee Member of Catapult Group International Limited.

Prior to establishing Aura, Calvin worked at Everest Babcock & Brown, one of Australia’s largest absolute return investment managers.

He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (with Distinction) and Bachelor of Laws (with Merit) from the University of New South Wales. Calvin has also completed the Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice and has been admitted to practice as a Lawyer in the Supreme Court of New South Wales.

Rony Sayigh

Non-Executive Director
Rony Sayigh is a digital banking executive with over 19 years of management consulting and digital banking experience – focusing on digital product management, business transformation & innovation, strategy and commercialization.

Rony is currently the Global Head of Digital Product Management for HSBC, leading the Digital Wealth & Insurance agenda for HSBC globally. Prior to this, Rony was a director at UBank – Australia’s first direct online bank.

Rony established his career as a management consultant with Deloitte and Accenture, where he advised local and international organizations. It was during this time that Rony developed his passion and expertise in digital and financial services space.

Rony holds a Bachelor of Engineering with a Sub-Major in Business from the University of Technology Sydney and a Masters of Accounting and Finance from the University of New South Wales..
