Executive Team

Our Executive Team’s role is driving our strategic goals in a way that’s in line with our values.

While each member of the team leads a specific part of the business, they also work as a collective to help us achieve our strategy and purpose.

Darryl Johnson

Executive Director
Darryl is the Executive Director and Co-Founder of Integrated, having helped establish the business in 2010. Darryl oversees all day-to-day operations at Integrated, as well as Compliance and Governance duties. He is also responsible for delivering the Integrated technology development plan, ensuring the business is always at the forefront of industry-leading innovation.

Darryl boasts extensive Operations, Project Management and IT expertise from his many years of management experience within Platforms, Custody, Margin Lending and Financial Planning Operations teams. He also held the position of Operations Manager and Responsible Manager for Macquarie’s WRAP platform.

Mark Papendieck

Chief Commercial Officer
Mark has spent the last 20 years in C-level roles across most segments of the financial services industry and is responsible for the commercial, legal and market facing functions at Integrated.

Having worked within Investment Management, Financial Advisory, Platform and Technology businesses, the combination of his multi-faceted industry expertise (including as CEO of Avanteos- now Colonial First Wrap) provides him with a unique understanding of the advisory and platform markets.

Madhusha Ratnaweera

Head of Product & Development
Madhusha boasts over eleven years’ experience in the financial services industry, and is responsible for managing the development pipeline within Integrated. Madhusha joined Integrated after eight years at Ord Minnett Limited. With his expert experience managing Operations teams across Technology, Portfolio Reporting and Administration, Corporate Actions, International Settlements and Fixed Income Operations, Madhusha is an invaluable asset to the Integrated team.

Hanna Oo

Head of Service & Operations
With over 10 years’ financial services and predominantly Portfolio Administration experience, Hanna is an invaluable member of the Integrated team.

As Head of Service & Operations, Hanna leads a dedicate Service & Operations team. Hanna utilises her extensive knowledge of platforms and managed portfolios to effectively manage every aspect of the operations team.

Prior to joining Integrated, Hanna was previously employed as a Senior Relationship Manager, responsible for both the back and front office aspects of her client relationships, at a boutique wealth management firm, servicing high net worth private clients, family offices and not-for-profit entities.
